Just 21 years of age and Moustafa Ismail has already made his name into world Guinness Book of world record for having largest biceps. This Egyptian born body builder has 31 inch biceps. He has been labeled has Real Life Popeye ( Cartoon Character).It took ten years to pump his biceps and the size of his biceps is almost that of Normal Man waist. The only thing Moustafa ismail and Popeye doesn’t coincide is the former one hates spinach and strongly depends upon chicken and fish to build his body.

While we call Moustafa Ismail as Real Life Popeye but his friends call him “Big mo”.His daily diet includes 3lbs of chicken and 1lbs of steak or fish four cups of almonds washed down with two gallons of water and three liters of protein shakes. Five years ago, while he was staying with his family in Egypt, he failed to make a place in Egyptian body building contest and since then He with his Wife Caroline,30 and his entire family have been living in US.

He now trains twice a day and can lift up to 500lbs.He quotes "My friends in the gym just couldn't believe how much my arms seem to grow so I began to really focus on getting bigger.

"Working out makes my mood better. You’re just focusing. And I like that in this type of sport you can see your improvement in your shape.

"I know they are growing, my chest, my shoulders, my arms. I love the weights."

The above given incident is just a small example of many children who at this time should be focused on books or cartoons are exposed to porn at their early age. With the rise of free porn today on net, more children and teenagers are becoming the victim of pornography.

Among the 5 sons and 4 daughters, Bomjon was the third son born to Poor Farmers.His mother Mayadevi who also shares the similar name as that of Gautam Buddha’ Mother shares the Childhood memories of Bomjon as he was very peaceful and was fascinated seeing holy person in the streets. In fact, Bomjon was different from other children around his age as he barely spoke and spent most of the time alone meditating. From the age of five, he only ate what was left over and if there was none then he would stay hungry. He spent most of the time meditating, reading scriptures and worshiping the pipal tree as these seems to give him pleasure.
